Roger Goodell on Potential Taylor Swift Halftime Show

Swifties are still hoping that Taylor Swift will make Levi’s Stadium shimmer next year.

As fans continue to prepare for the 2026 Super Bowl, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell teased the possibility that the “Bejeweled” singer will headline the event’s halftime show.

“We would always love to have Taylor play,” Roger, 66, explained during his Sept. 3 interview on Today. “She is a special, special talent. And obviously, she would be welcome at any time.”

And when host Savannah Guthrie asked if Taylor’s potential performance during the gamewhich will take place at the San Francisco’s 49ers’ stadium in Februarywas “in the works,” Roger kept his response vague.

“I can’t tell you anything about that,” he replied, before noting her attendance at the popular game is “a maybe.”
