Permira Is Said to Near Deal for London-Listed Funds Firm JTC

Private equity firm Permira is nearing an agreement to acquire JTC Plc, the London-listed provider of fund solutions and corporate services, according to people familiar with the matter.

Permira made an offer that has received support from JTC’s board, outbidding rival suitor Warburg Pincus, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private. An announcement on a deal could come as soon as Monday, the people said.
