Richard Moore, the former head of MI6, the UK’s foreign intelligence service, tells Bloomberg that the intelligence shared with the US administration is that Russian President Vladimir Putin has no intention of doing a deal to end the war against Ukraine. “This is not an issue for him purely of territory,” Moore says on The Mishal Husain Show. “This is about dominating Ukraine and turning Ukraine into something that looks rather like its neighbor, Belarus.” (Source: Bloomberg)
