If there’s one person who knows how to Make It Nice, it’s Dorinda Medley. The reality-TV icon — best known for her Bravo tenure and Peacock’s latest season of The Traitors — has built a reputation around hosting, positivity, and being a fierce faithful…to whatever party trend is peaking at the moment, (that is). So when it was announced that Medley recently partnered with non-alcoholic spirits brand Seedlip, it felt like a match made in Housewives heaven.

This month, Medley was unveiled as the face of Seedlip’s new ad campaign celebrating the company’s 10-year anniversary (you can check out the video below). Seedlip offers four different NA expressions in its rotation, ranging from an agave-based blend to fruitier profiles. You won’t find any shortcuts or any sad mocktails here, just delicious drinks.

While the collaboration landed smack dab in the middle of Dry January, the timing feels bigger than one month. Polls suggest many people are choosing to stick with alcohol-free living well beyond this 31-day stint, and the rise of the “sober curious” movement shows no signs of slowing.

Searches for non alcoholic spirits have skyrocketed between 2020 and 2026, proving that skipping hangovers — and the eye-watering liquor store receipts that come with them — is officially cool now. If you’re flirting with taking a break from booze, you’re in very good company (just ask Seedlip and Dorinda).

We caught up with the RHONY alum to talk about her Seedlip partnership, her surprising DJ era, and what it was really like competing on The Traitors. Read the full interview below.

What initially drew you to partner with Seedlip, and why does this feel like the right moment for you to step into the non-alcoholic space?
I think that Seedlip is such a beautiful, incredible, standalone product. The idea of bringing it to Bluestone Manor was iconic, and it’s been so well-received. It felt like a great fit for me, because I love to entertain. I know that a lot of people do a reset in January, so it’s so important to have options. This gives people the opportunity to still enjoy a wonderful drink, without feeling left out or less-than.

Do you have a favorite flavor?
Garden 108 is my favorite. But, you know, I like the Spice 94 because I love an Espresso Martini, so I don’t feel like I’m being cheated. And I love the bottle.

And listen, even if you’re not fully doing Dry January, there’s a real movement to sometimes having a drink and sometimes not, but still wanting to be part of something. I thought the partnership at Bluestone Manor was just perfection, because Bluestone Manor is all about making people feel comfortable and being joyful, and just elegance and vibrancy.

If you were hosting a dinner at Bluestone Manor with Seedlip, which Real Housewives would make the guest list, and who wouldn’t make the cut?
Well, I definitely have my girl Lu (Luann de Lesseps) because we’re like partners in crime. I think I’d invite Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Porsha Williams. I know these are people from The Traitors, but I do love Porsha.

I’d like a colorful dinner filled with vibrant personalities, and I’ve got to say, Tamra Judge. There would definitely be conversation there. And Erika Jayne, I love me some Erika Jayne — I could see her living at Bluestone Manor.

Do you have any tips for anyone participating in Dry January who wants to continue after the month is over?
With Seedlip, it will make you feel good, and you won’t feel cheated.

Anthropologie Bombay Glass Tumblers

If you’re crafting a proper mocktail, it deserves a proper vessel. A gorgeous glass like this one from Anthropologie does half the work for you (you just need to add in the Seedlip flavor of your choice).

Speaking of projects you’ve participated in, talk to me about The Traitors.
It’s so funny. I was talking to NBC, and one of the things they told us was that The Traitors has single-handedly brought back the watch party — the water-cooler moment. It’s just been so well received, and I feel like people are actually able to relax and enjoy it.

What made you do it again?
I had unfinished business. I mean, it’s so funny, I cried my eyes out when they called me to redo it, which I never expected. And then, of course, I cried my eyes out again when I made it to the first breakfast. It was a very emotional experience. When they asked what my strategy was going to be this time around, I said, ‘wear four outfits.’

On The Traitors, if you could give anyone a Real Housewives tagline, who would it be, and what would it say?
Whether you left early or left late, everyone feels very good about who they met, and we’re very protective of each other. But I think I would give it to Johnny Weir. It would say, ‘I may be an Olympic skater, but I dress to kill.’

Thinking about reality shows, are there any other competitions you’d be tempted to compete in?
You know, I’ve always thought that because of my aerobics background — which still lives with me — and now that I’m DJing, I think I’m a candidate for Dancing with the Stars. I have a feeling that’s going to come to me. I really do.

We’re envisioning your future mirror ball win — what music would you dance to, and who’s inspiring your moves these days?
Oh my God. I feel like I’ve been so out of it with everything. You know, I’m a person who always goes back to the classics. But I have to say, I really enjoyed Madonna’s new album this year. I think she’s put out stuff before that wasn’t quite catchy, but I love the sentiment of her new album. It really feels like her, and she’s not trying to be anything else.

I really revert back to my favorites. I don’t want to listen to anything negative or too harsh — I want my world to feel uplifting. A lot of my music comes from DJs who do remakes of Earth, Wind & Fire, Michael Jackson — there’s so much nostalgia in music right now.

Will DJing be a big focus for you in 2026, or are there new projects on the horizon?
You know, DJing, definitely. I’m so passionate about that. People think I kind of just came up with it, but I’ve been doing it for years. Obviously, I was part of aerobics and teaching, and I just love music.

Right now, they’re (The Real Housewives) are doing the ultimate girls trip for the 20-year anniversary, so I’m looking forward to being a part of that. And we’re working on the Bluestone Manor show, which is scheduled for May. I also have a book coming out with Simon & Schuster in November called I Know a Thing or Two About a Thing or Two. It’s really funny, campy, and includes great advice. And there are a few other things I can’t talk about until the ink dries, but they’re very exciting.
