The co-founder of UK-based Palestine Action has won her bid to challenge a government decision to ban the group under anti-terrorism laws. A judge ruled the ban may violate freedom of expression. Since the ban in early July nearly 200 people have been arrested on suspicion of publicly supporting the group.
