In case you’ve somehow managed to avoid social media, texts, or even casual conversation in the last few hours: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are officially engaged.
The couple announced the news in a jaw-dropping Instagram post, sharing a slideshow of photos with a glowing Swift and Kelce front and center. While the floral backdrop deserves its own article, there’s something else we couldn’t stop obsessing over: their outfits.
In another piece (which you can read here), we covered Taylor’s now-viral Polo Ralph Lauren silk striped dress — which, unsurprisingly, sold out within minutes. Don’t worry, we rounded up some great alternatives, too. But now, we’re zooming in on the details: Taylor’s accessories, Travis’s fit, and of course, the ring.
Let’s start with the man of the hour. While we can’t confirm the brand with 100% certainty, he appeared to be wearing a blue cable-knit short-sleeve sweater, light khakis, and brown suede loafers. Given Taylor’s Polo Ralph Lauren show-stopper, it’s safe to guess Travis coordinated in the same brand. Shop the look below.
Now, onto Taylor’s jewelry and accessories. She wore her go-to Cartier diamond-encrusted watch (currently online for as low as $13,500). But, to put that in perspective, if you attended the Eras Tour, that’s basically the cost of a ticket, so you might as well grab it.
Taylor paired it with her signature red lip (rumored to be Nars Matte Lipstick), and Louis Vuitton Isola sandals. Not looking to drop $900 on shoes? Steve Madden has a similar pair for under $100, but act quickly, sizes are disappearing fast.
And then, the real conversation starter: the engagement ring. Reportedly, the diamond that Travis popped the question with was a custom-made design by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry, and is estimated to be worth anywhere between half a million and a million dollars. We know that it features a gold band and what appears to be an old mine cut setting (meaning it has a vintage appeal), so there are plenty of look-alikes that you can buy now.
Whether you’re waiting for your own Travis to get down on one knee or simply feel “Enchanted” by the looks of the day, recreate their style before the clock strikes “Midnight,” and these products are all gone.
