Kylie Jenner has been hit with a second lawsuit from a housekeeper who claims her job sweeping up for the Kardashian family member led to “severe and pervasive harassment.”
In the latest lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone, Juana Delgado Soto says she began working for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star in 2019 and was denied meal and rest breaks, as well as sick and holiday pay, while facing what she describes as “unreasonable demands.” Echoing allegations in a similar lawsuit filed last week by another housekeeper, Delgado Soto says the position became “unbearable.”
She alleges a supervisor mocked her English, called her “stupid,” and retaliated when she complained by reducing her pay from $41.66 an hour to $35 and assigning “unreasonable workloads.” She also claims she was forced to miss her own surprise birthday party and felt pressured to return to work immediately after her brother died.
Delgado Soto further claims that her initial request to attend her brother’s funeral was denied. She was asked to provide documentation of his death, she alleges, and a few weeks later, she allegedly left a desperate note for Jenner on a massage table shortly before the makeup magnate was due to receive the treatment.
“I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused,” the letter said, according to the lawsuit. “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
It’s not clear if Jenner ever received or read the letter. Her longtime spokeswoman did not respond to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment. According to the lawsuit, Delgado Soto was threatened with termination the next day and instructed never to contact Jenner again.
Two days after that, she went to an emergency room, where a doctor ordered her to rest for a week, she says. Her request for sick leave was denied, according to the lawsuit, and she was reminded that she had signed a nondisclosure agreement. When she returned to work, her supervisors allegedly told her she was “no longer allowed” to look at Jenner, smile at Jenner, or remain in a room if Jenner entered.
The lawsuit also alleges Delgado Soto was required to photograph leftover food in the trash to prove she was not taking it home and was “forced to clean defendant Jenner’s boyfriend’s house,” though it does not name him. Jenner has been in a relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet for the past three years.
The complaint says Delgado Soto finally texted her supervisor on Aug. 6, 2025, to say she was suffering from intense anxiety, sleep disturbance, and had bitten off all her nails due to workplace harassment. “Instead of taking proper action,” the lawsuit states, the supervisor asked if that meant she was not returning. Delgado Soto claims she was effectively let go at that point and “continues to suffer severe emotional distress, anxiety, and mental anguish.”
The 31-page complaint names Jenner, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services as defendants. It asserts claims for whistleblower retaliation, race discrimination, failure to accommodate a disability, and failure to pay wages and overtime. Delgado Soto is seeking compensatory and punitive damages to be determined at trial.
“No one is above the law, and there is enough evidence here to prove our client’s claims,” the housekeeper’s lawyer, Della Shaker, says in a statement to Rolling Stone. Shaker also represents Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, a former housekeeper who filed a similar lawsuit against Jenner, Tri Star, and La Maison Family Services on April 17.
In her separate complaint, Hernandez Vasquez alleges she worked for Jenner for about a year beginning in September 2024. She claims supervisors at Jenner’s Hidden Hills home shouted and snapped their fingers at her, treating her in a demeaning and degrading manner. Her lawsuit includes claims of whistle-blower retaliation, failure to pay overtime and provide rest periods, and wrongful termination.
