The comedian got honest in her Aug. 5 YouTube video, revealing that she recently underwent a facelift.
“I have a new face, you guys,” she said in the beginning of the video. “I had a facelift. That’s right.”
Kathy, 64, kept up the honesty by noting, “by the way, this is my third,” as she continued to get real about the procedure.
“I just think it’s funny that I’m even having one,” she shared, “because it’s not like I’m known for my face.”
However, the My Life on the D-List star took notes from another star who isn’t known for her face—Sia.
“The guy who did my facelift also did Sia,” she said of Dr. Ben Talei. “It’s funny Sia even got a facelift because you don’t ever see her face.”
“There’s a video of her without her backwards wig,” she continued, “and she had the best before and after pictures I’ve ever seen.”
