Channel multiview is a great way to keep up with multiple games at once or watch different news streams without the need to flip between channels. DIRECTV has long been at the forefront of this technology, first pioneering the feature for its satellite users almost 20 years ago.
Recently, DIRECTV introduced it on its streaming service. They just launched seven new multiview channels, including options for sports fans, news junkies, kids, and business channel viewers. The new multiview channels feature livestreams of up to four channels on one screen, where you’re able to switch audio instantly or go full screen on any channel with a click.
The seven new multiview channels include:
- Sports Mix: ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, NBC Sports Now (Signature packages, MySports)

- Kids Mix: Disney Channel, Disney Jr., Disney XD, Nickelodeon (Signature packages, MyKids)
- Locals Mix: ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC (Signature packages, MySports, MyNews)*
- Sunday Sports Mix: CBS, Fox, ESPN, FS1 (Signature packages, MySports)*

How to Get DIRECTV Multiview Channels
The new DIRECTV multiview channels are available in several DIRECTV packages. Most of them are available in Signature packages, and many are available in corresponding Genre Packs (i.e., News Mix is available in the MyNews Genre Pack, Sports Mix is available in MySports, etc.).
