London City Lionesses have announced the world record signing of France international Grace Geyoro from Paris St-Germain for £1.4m.
The fee paid by the WSL newcomers beats the £1.1m ($1.5m) Orlando Pride paid Tigres UANL to sign Mexico winger Lizbeth Ovalle last month.
Geyoro, 28, is London City’s 16th permanent signing of a busy summer funded by wealthy American owner Michele Kang.
