China Urges Philippines to Help Stabilize Ties as Two Sides Meet

China called on the Philippines to help create the conditions needed to stabilize and improve bilateral relations in the spirit of mutual understanding, according to a statement posted on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the latest meeting between the two sides.
