It was a beautiful day for Patrick Dempsey to see his sons graduate.
The Grey’s Anatomy alum revealed his and wife Jillian Dempsey’s twins Sullivan and Darby, 18, graduated from high school May 31 by sharing a snap of himself and the makeup artist posing with the boys, who donned their navy graduation gowns.
Patrick, 59, captioned the rare glimpse at his family life, “Graduation!! So proud of you boys and cannot wait to see where the next chapter of your lives will take you!”
His former Grey’s costar Justin Chambers congratulated the family on the big day, commenting multiple clapping emojis, while jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer gushed, “We love those boys!!!”
Jillian, also 59, got in on the big moment, sharing a photo of the boys with their arms around each other, taken from the back.
“C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S CLASS OF 2025!” she wrote. “I am such a proud momma. Life’s next chapter is upon us- go get it my sweet boys!”
She added, “Love you both to the moon and back.”
