Origins’ Sails to German Streamer Joyn and Channel SAT.1


German streamer Joyn and free-to-air television channel SAT.1, both part of ProSiebenSat.1 Media, have secured the series “NCIS: Origins,” through a new content licensing deal with Paramount Global Content Distribution.

“NCIS: Origins” is narrated by Mark Harmon and marks the return of agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.

The new U.S. series from the “NCIS” franchise will be available free of charge on Joyn one week before TV broadcast, from July 22. SAT.1 will show the free-TV premiere in double episodes from July 29 at 8.15 p.m.

Joyn has also extended its content deal with Paramount Global Content Distribution to include over 1,000 episodes from the “NCIS” franchise, produced by CBS Studios. It will also show all seasons of the U.S. series “Elementary,” “Dr. Quinn” and “Charmed” free of charge.

We are also bringing our viewers all seasons of the popular U.S. series ‘Elementary’, ‘Dr. Quinn’ and ‘Charmed,’ offering the best Hollywood entertainment on our platforms at all times.”
