Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Were Forced Out of Georgia Home by U.S. Marshals
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had a brush with the law amid their messy divorce.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the retired football player were “ejected” their Georgia home by U.S. Marshals in April, three months after it was sold, according to legal documents obtained by People.
Authorities said in the filing that they were “commanded” to removed Zolciak, 47, and Biermann, 39, off the premise with their personal belongings “and to deliver full and quiet possession” of the property to the new owners.
E! News has reached out to Zolciak and Biermann’s reps for comment but hasn’t heard back.
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Alpharetta mansion—which the couple bought for $880,000 in 2012—was sold for $2.753 million in January, according to public records viewed by E! News. It had been on the market on-and-off since October 2023, months after Zolciak first filed to divorce Biermann following 11 years of marriage.
