Kim Kardashian is celebrating graduating from law school after six years of legal training. In an Instagram Story posted by her sister Khloe Kardashian, Kim is seen surrounded by family and friends at a luncheon marking the moment. “All of you guys have been on this journey with me,” she says in the video.

On her own Instagram story, Kim shared a photo of her late father, Robert Kardashian, a prominent attorney who was part of the defense team for O.J. Simpson’s 1995 murder trial. Kim previously shared in a 2023 GQ interview her memories of her father during that time. “My dad pulled Kourtney and me out of school,” Kim told the publication. “He said, ‘I want you girls to witness a piece of history and what a trial is like,’” she recalled. “We walked in and saw my mom sitting on the other side. She said, ‘You’re supposed to be in school. What are you doing here?’ Kourtney and I didn’t even look at her.”

Over the past few years, Kardashian has also become an advocate for criminal justice reform, and previously passed California’s “baby bar” exam, expressing interest in taking the bar exam in hopes of becoming a practicing attorney.
