Katy Perry has the eye of the tiger, and the poise of a dove.
After all, the “Roar” singer smoothly avoided any awkwardness at her Nashville show of The Lifetimes Tour when she encountered a fan with the exact same name as her ex Orlando Bloom.
During a segment of the show when she brings enthusiastic fans onstage, Katy asked a man dressed as a pink cat in a video later shared to TikTok Aug. 20, “What is your name?”
The fan paused for a moment before admitting, “Orlando.”
As many people in the crowd audibly gasped, Katy—who shares daughter Daisy Dove—shrugged it off adding, “Incredible.”
In the months since Katy and Orlando’s breakup after nine years together and a four-year engagement, Katy has continued to show ‘em what her colors are worth amid her world tour.
Indeed, she recently clapped back at her haters during a sold out show in New York.
“They said, ‘No way! MSG, it couldn’t be done,’ and I was scared too,” Katy yelled to the crowd of nearly 20,000 Aug. 11. “Everything that is messy, everything that is beautiful, and it sure as hell is not perfect ‘cause perfection is an illusion.”
