Hong Kong is overflowing with great Italian restaurants, from the famed pizzas of Little Napoli to the southern charm of Trattoria Felino and the elegant scenery of Sabatini.
Still, Primo Posto, near the top of picturesque Shin Hing Street stairs in Sheung Wan, found a way to distinguish itself and keep its buzz since opening in April. In fact, when I first walked through its doors a few months ago, I was politely informed that I should book a table online, but there was nothing available for weeks.
