Addison Rae has good reason to feel lucky. Her banner 2025 saw the release of her debut studio album, which debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 and was hailed as one of the best albums of the year.
Now, she’s once again teaming up with Lucky Brand. The latest style is the Addison Ultra Low Short, a festival-ready pair of denim shorts inspired by early-aughts Coachella style. The brand says it’s “crafted to pair perfectly with boots, boho tops, and sun-washed layers, the style channels early-2000s confidence.”
The style follows Rae’s previous collaboration with the brand, a similarly throwback pair of low-rise, flared jeans, released in August of last year. Rae’s affection for Y2K style is well documented; she’s earned not-infrequent comparisons to Britney Spears, a connection the Spears superfan hasn’t shied away from.
In a statement announcing the collaboration, Rae said, “It has me feeling very fortunate to keep building with Lucky. This next piece feels like a natural evolution. It’s about movement, self-confidence, and embracing your body.” The shorts retail for $89.50 and are available at Lucky Brand and Macy’s, both online and in stores.
Fittingly, given the festival-inspiration, Rae is set to perform at this year’s Coachella during the Saturday evening slots. It’ll be a return to the Indio stage for Rae, who previously guested during Arca’s 2025 set. Rae is also in the midst of the European leg of her Addison tour through July.
