Durapower Technology, a lithium-ion battery manufacturer, has announced a partnership with Green Road Machines, or GEBA, a company that specializes in the electrification of road construction machinery, to facilitate its entry into the construction machinery sector.
Based in the Netherlands, GEBA showcased its construction vehicles that incorporate Durapower’s battery packs. The two companies worked together to design the battery packs for the GEBA products. By partnering with GEBA, “Durapower aims to demonstrate its capabilities to support the electrification of mining vehicles, and construction machinery, equipment and vehicles,” the Singapore-based company said.
Durapower develops and manufactures lithium-based batteries for the automotive, energy and marine industries. The company’s products include DP Pulse, a remote battery monitoring system that combines machine learning models and big data to improve battery health visibility and support predictive maintenance for higher uptime.
