The BLACKPINK performer, whose real name is Lalisa Manobal, turned heads at the annual fashion extravaganza May 5 wearing a risqué pantsless look. Lisa accessorized her sexy ensemble with a statement-making black and white Louis Vuitton purse and her hair in an up-do.
Lisa is the third member of the K-pop girl group to attend Met Gala. She is following in the footsteps of Jennie, who made her debut at the event in 2023 before returning the following year, and Rosé, who attended the celebration for the first time in 2021.
Lisa’s appearance at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala wasn’t her first debut as of late. Earlier this year, she made her acting debut on The White Lotus season three. On the HBO Max series, the 28-year-played Thidapon “Mook” Sornsin, a health mentor for guests of the White Lotus resort in Thailand, where the actress is originally from.
The Met Gala is one of several high-profile celebrity events that Lisa has earned a coveted spot at. Last month, she performed at the 2025 Coachella music festival in California, where she was cheered on by her White Lotus costar Patrick Schwarzenegger.
