Nvidia stock has done better than nearly all the other Mag 7 companies since President Trump announced country-specific tariffs on April 2.
Trump shook the market after announcing hefty tariffs on the U.S.’s closest trading partners. Stocks have been on a bumpy ride since then; the administration has paused many of those levies, including the harshest rates on China.
According to Dow Jones Market Data, Nvidia shares have risen 23% since April 1. The only other Mag 7 stock to do better in that period was Tesla, which has gained 35% since April 1.
