Chappell Roan’s Strawberry Blonde Hair Transformation

Chappell Roan is now dancin’ at the strawberry blonde pony club.

The “Good Luck, Babe!” singer recently debuted her new hair transformation on Instagram, and the style is a major switch-up from her signature red loose curls.

“Will the girl who I just met at the perfume store please comment the perfume you recommended?” the 27-year-old wrote in the May 16 post, which sees her flaunting her new copper blonde hair in a straight middle part. “I wrote it down and just deleted it on accident. The world ‘girl’ was in the brand name & you said it smelled like lipstick. Thank you.”

Though Chappell (real name Kayleigh Rose Amstutz) might’ve fumbled the chance in finding her dream fragrance, she scored a win with her new hair color. In fact, it seems she’s been hinting at lighter hair for a while. The “Red Wine Supernova” star reflected on her old brown-to-blonde ombré hair last December, describing that style as “a different era indeed.”
