Wolf Kasteler has promoted veteran publicists Allie Jenkins and Chelsea Hayes to senior VPs in the agency’s Los Angeles and New York offices, respectively.
Partners Annett Wolf and Annick Muller announced the news, saying of Jenkins and Hayes: “They’ve consistently brought passion, strategy, and unwavering commitment to our clients — leading major campaigns and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This promotion reflects the trust they’ve earned from us, our clients, and the industry.”
Founded by Wolf in 1989 and joined by partner Lisa Kasteler in 1991, Wolf Kasteler represents top-tier artists, film and television content, awards consulting and corporate clients. In 2018, Muller was elevated to senior partner, joining Wolf and recently retired partner Kasteler.
In their new roles, Jenkins and Hayes will take on expanded leadership responsibilities — partnering across teams to help shape agency strategy, emerging talent and support operations alongside the existing VPs, including Lauren Appel, Christa Dallas, Caryn Leeds and Annick Oppenheim.
Jenkins joined Wolf Kasteler in 2013 after working in global branding at ICM in 2010, then moving to ID-PR in 2011. Since then, Jenkins has represented breakout stars including Kaia Gerber, Milly Alcock, Diana Silvers, Pauline Chalamet, Ivanna Sakhno and Sara Silva, as well as expanding the firm’s presence in digital representation with clients like content creator Brittany Broski and creative brand Pizzaslime. Jenkins’ client list also includes Ken Leung, Reid Scott, Ming-Na Wen, Ethan Cutkosky, Dianne Doan and Jeff Wilbusch.
“Observing Allie’s professional progression at Wolf Kasteler has been both impressive and inspiring,” said Wolf, with whom Jenkins worked in close collaboration on cross-platform campaigns for clients like Cindy Crawford, Jon Hamm, Michelle Pfeiffer, Emmy Rossum, Sam Esmail and Ted Danson.
“She consistently demonstrates insight, strategic vision, and boldness — never hesitating to challenge convention or pursue new opportunities,” Wolf continued. “Her optimism, sharp instincts, and enduring dedication to mentoring have had a lasting and meaningful impact. Allie’s promotion is a true reflection of her exceptional talent, steadfast loyalty, and the promising future she holds at Wolf Kasteler.”
Hayes joined Wolf Kasteler in 2019 after beginning her career at Slate PR in 2012. She has led awards campaigns and crafted strategic campaigns for emerging talent such as Sarah Pidgeon, Stanley Simons and this year’s Tony nominees Joy Woods and Tala Ashe. Hayes’ client list also includes Elizabeth Debicki, Andrew Lincoln, Sutton Foster, Tom Bateman, Dominique Thorne, Aaron Tveit, Julia Stiles, Arian Moayed, Lilli Kay, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Gideon Glick, Julianna Margulies, Jeremy Jordan, Lauren Ridloff, Brandon Uranowitz, Denis O’Hare and Celia Keenan-Bolger.
“Chelsea is an extraordinary force in the world of theater, television, and film. Her vision and strong dedication to award campaigns have solidified her as a trusted partner to both up-and-coming talent and seasoned industry professionals,” Muller said of Hayes, who also represents bestselling authors, choreographers and projects like Prime Video’s “Overcompensating” and “Daisy Jones & the Six.”
Muller added: “Her leadership and ability to fuse empathy with a collaborative spirit inspires an environment where creativity thrives; and her tireless dedication has earned her a reputation as a dynamic publicist in the industry. We look forward to seeing her impact grow even further in the years to come.”
